Rk-008 Idea: being able to change midi CC output per track

I wonder if it might be possible in a future firmware update, to have to option to “translate” a CC input (say, the filter knob of your midi controller), and change the track output to a different, user-chosen CC number? Similar to how the rk-008 already translates and changes the midi channel output. It already records the midi CC information - could it potentially translate the output to a different CC number?

I’m thinking this could really help when controlling external gear, when you midi controller doesn’t have user-customizable midi CC’s for its knobs. For example, the 1010 Tangerine doesn’t have midi-learn and it has fixed CC #’s, so it’s kind of a pain to control remotely without a CC-customizable main midi controller

There is an option in the system menu which does a modwheel remap, it’s designed to achieve what you want : control more exotic CC’s from a simple keyboard which only has e.g. pitch and modwheel controls. If the cc remap is active you can use (and record) modwheel entry to any other CC message. For more intricate midi modification we have the RK002 which can do any type of midi rerouting and can be integrated with the RK008 to control it (RK002 remote menu)
