Slaving Torso T1 start/stop and clock to M8 with RK-006?

Hi folks, I’ve had some success accessing 006 via iOS and managed to setup a pair of M8 trackers and a grid of midi control knobs (thank you very much!). I need to sync a Torso T1 sequencer to start/stop (and hopefully clock) from the controller M8 through TRS. I’ve tried a few configs in the 006 app that would make sense but no response from T1 midi in. Did something weird last week with the “sync in” clk port T1 has going on that worked somehow to start (but not stop) T1 with a “tempo” config from 006, but cannot replicate that today. 🤔 Anyone here have experience making T1 go with a 006 or know theoretically how the port configuration should be setup in RK-006 app to trigger T1 through midi in, or anywhere else for that matter? Not sure, but when these things do not work as they should on clock start/stop my first suspicion is that the usbmidi device receives and thru's the clock transport messages causing it to cancel itself. If you can't disable that on the T1, perhaps a filter like this one can help:

Otherwise perhaps just feed the torso in the RK006 TRS1 input. This port has highest priority on clock reception so surely will slave the RK006 (and connected devices) to the T1.

Thank you for the guidance. 🙌🏼 Tried a few things, got a start from M8 -> T1 by toggling a 006 run/stop port configuration to ‘pulse’ and plugging that port into T1 sync rst jack. Suppose I can raw dog the tempo for now but I’ll experiment more, would be nice to sync a stop message somehow.

The T-1 can be configured using the Config Tool to independently receive and transmit MIDI Notes, Clock, Transport (Start/Stop) and Program Change messages on USB and TRS MIDI ports.
The T-1 is smart enough to recognize incoming clock from different ports and choose what to do according to a priority table. Chapter 10 of the manual is about Configuration and is worth a read.
Regarding analog sync the T-1 needs a suitable start/stop signal (voltage), polarity behaviour can be inverted in the Config Tool (Reset / Run).
