Use RK002 as a normal MIDI cable?

How can I set up a RK002 to behave like a normal midi cable-- just pass midi signal along without affecting it at all?

You can just go to the DUY portal, enter the code editor and upload an empty sketch. Then the RK002 will just pass all MIDI messages.

Apparently my cables are considered legacy cables (ca. 2017). When I connect to the The DUY portal, it tells me

"Currently, legacy cables have to be edited in their own url's:"

And then it gives me a menu of Volca Sample, Kaossilator etc., wherein Im redirected to the older style RK-002 firmware portal. How can I upload am empty sketch in the legacy portal?

Maybe we should change that line to ‘ legacy firmwares need to be edited in their own URLs’ - the only thing you need to do is upload a DUY firmware to the cable to change it.
