The RK002 can be set to a non-loopback mode, allowing you to use it from an external keyboard. The connection would then be: Keyboard MIDI out -> [RK002 MIDI In - RK002 MIDI Out] -> Digitakt MIDI In.
Sequencing the RK002 from the Digitakt AND using it with External keyboard requires a MIDI Merger.
DT MIDI Out -> [RK002 in - RK002 Out] -> Merger in 1. Merger in 2 has the Keyboard MIDI Out, and the merged output needs to go back into the Digitakt.
